Dear Parents, Guardians, and Wonderful Students of Peccas,
Warm greetings! I hope you had a restful break. As your Proprietress, I am delighted to welcome you to the Third Term of the 2025/2026 Session.
Our theme this term is “Discover Your Roar, Soar Higher.” Every child – from our toddlers in Daycare to our young adults in College – will be encouraged to find their unique voice, build confidence, and reach beyond what they thought possible. Let us make this term unforgettable.

KEY DATES FOR THE TERM (At a Glance)
- Resumption (First day of school): Monday, 4th May, 2026
- Children’s Day & Eid-el-Kabir (No school): Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th May
- 1st Mock Exam (Grade 5 & JSS 3): Thursday 4th & Friday 5th June
- Open Day (All classes): Thursday 11th June
- Democracy Day (No school): Friday 12th June
- Mid‑term Break (No school – 5 days): Monday 15th to Friday 19th June
- 2nd Mock Exam (Grade 5 & JSS 3): Thursday 2nd & Friday 3rd July
- Revision for all classes: Monday 6th to Friday 10th July
- Third Term Examinations: Monday 13th to Tuesday 21st July
- End of Term / School Vacations: Tuesday 21st July (last day of exams)
- Prize Giving & Graduation Ceremony: Friday 24th July (attendance as arranged by the school)
- Summer Holiday Lesson begins: Monday 3rd August, 2026 (academic support programme)
PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & BREAKS (No School)
- Children’s Day / Eid-el-Kabir: Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th May

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Resumption – Monday, 4th May
School opens at 7:30 am. All learners must come in full, neat uniform with completed notebooks and textbooks. Daycare/Crèche parents: please label all baby items.
Open Day – Thursday, 11th June
Parents are invited to meet teachers, review their child’s progress, and tour the school. Time: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. Please attend.
Mid-term Break
No school from 15th – 19th June. Use the time to revise and rest. School resumes Monday, 22nd June.
End of Term Examinations
Begin Monday, 13th July. Term ends Tuesday, 21st July, after the last paper.
Prize Giving & Graduation – Friday, 24th July
A grand celebration, especially for our leavers. Attendance is strictly as arranged – check with your child’s class teacher.
A Word from the Proprietress
Dear parents,
Your partnership is our strength. This term, please help your child “roar” at home by asking each evening: “What made you feel strong today?” For our exam classes (Grade 5 and JSS 3), remember that mocks are not to frighten but to prepare. And do not underestimate the power of good attendance – every day counts, especially during revision week (6th–10th July).
Let us work together to help every Peccas child discover their roar and soar higher.
